Janine Warren is the Executive Vice President, Director of Loan Management Integration & Training with AmPac Business Capital. She joined AmPac in 2013 as a 504 Business Development Officer after a 24 year career in banking in business relationship management and sales. Due to her expertise in the SBA’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Janine transitioned to her current position in November 2023. In her role Janine collaborates with key team leaders to ensure AmPac’s processes are efficient and effective. Additionally, Janine leads internal and external training on the 504 and Community Lending programs, training partners on the benefits of the SBA programs. Due to her extensive knowledge of the SBA 504 program, she is known as “The SBA Expert” to banking and financial partners who consistently send referrals her way.

Janine served on the Board of Directors for CREW Inland Empire from 2015 to 2021, including as chapter President in 2019. She also served on the Board of Directors for the Inland Empire chapter of Risk Management Associates (RMA) from 2015 to 2024, and is a member of National Association of Development Companies (NADCO), the trade association for CDC’s nationwide, where she serves on the Regulatory Committee.
Janine obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance, Real Estate and Law from California State Polytechnic University,Pomona.
