Janise Graham, CEPA ® , LACP ® , CLTC ® is a business and insurance strategist, author, and advisor who works with established business owners to strengthen enterprise value, prepare for ownership transition, and design a future that protects both their wealth and their legacy. She is the founder of Leaving In Style, Inc., a firm dedicated to helping founders move from owner- dependent businesses to transferable enterprises that can thrive beyond the original owner.
With more than two decades of experience advising entrepreneurs, Janise brings a rare blend of strategic insight, risk management expertise, and leadership development to the complex challenges facing privately held companies. Her work focuses on helping business owners increase the attractiveness and durability of their companies by strengthening operations, leadership pipelines, financial clarity, and succession readiness.
Janise is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) and applies the Value Acceleration Methodology™ to help founders grow their companies intentionally while preparing for a successful transition, whether that transition involves selling the company, transferring ownership to family members or employees, or preparing leadership for long-term continuity.
She believes that exit planning should not be a last-minute transaction but a thoughtful, multi-year process that increases enterprise value while protecting the owner's personal and financial goals.
