Yuko Tsuchida is a Certified Public Accountant and the founder and managing director of Hito LLC, a tax consulting firm that specializes in helping companies unlock valuable tax incentives. With nearly two decades of experience in accounting and tax strategy, Yuko has built a reputation for guiding businesses through complex tax credit programs, helping organizations reinvest savings into growth, innovation, and long-term sustainability.
Since founding Hito in 2017, Tsuchida has advised companies across a wide range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, aerospace, healthcare, and software. Her work focuses on identifying underutilized tax credits and incentives that many companies overlook. Through strategic analysis and collaboration with finance, leadership teams, and their advisors, she has helped clients secure millions of dollars in federal and state tax credits that can be reinvested into hiring, product development, and operational expansion.
Yuko’s approach to tax consulting reflects her belief that tax strategy should be proactive rather than reactive. She began her career at KPMG, one of the world’s Big Four accounting firms, where she developed a strong foundation in tax compliance and advisory services. She later became a founding partner at Think, LLP, where she spent eight years advising clients on state and local tax strategies and complex incentive programs. Her work during this period deepened her understanding of how tax policy intersects with innovation and economic development.
Yuko earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northeastern State University, graduating summa cum laude, and later completed an MBA at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. Her global experience, including work and study across multiple countries, has shaped her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and support companies operating in an increasingly international marketplace.

Yuko has served as a mentor and accelerator coach within business networks that support emerging founders and high-growth companies.
