Ara Kachadourian is a strategic advisor, capital connector, and founder who works with middle-market companies, entrepreneurs, and investors to help organizations scale, access institutional capital, and create long-term enterprise value. He is the Founder of Platinum Wealth Strategies, a strategic advisory firm focused on capital formation, business development, and growth initiatives for founder-led and growth-oriented companies.
Ara works closely with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams of middle-market companies on strategic growth initiatives, capital partnerships, and long-term business development strategies. His work often involves connecting companies with family offices, private investors, and institutional capital partners that can support expansion, acquisitions, and liquidity events.
Ara is known for his ability to bring together high-caliber entrepreneurs, executives, and investors through curated gatherings, executive forums, and invitation-only mastermind groups. Before founding Platinum Wealth Strategies, Ara held advisory and business development roles across multiple segments of the financial services industry, working closely with companies and investors in SBA lending, commercial banking, wealth management, venture capital, and private equity. Through these roles, he gained broad experience advising business owners, executives, and investors on capital strategies, growth initiatives, and long-term enterprise value creation.
Ara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications from Oakland University. He later continued his graduate studies at the University of Phoenix, earning both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Public Administration (MPA).
