Mr. Valencia has an exceptional knowledge of business management, business restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, strategic recapitalizations, and corporate finance with more than 28 years as an entrepreneur, business consultant, and investment banker. Paul serves as interim management or consultant to provide restructuring services or business “turnaround” leadership, or to drive a corporate growth strategy.
Paul develops and implements corporate growth, sales, and marketing strategies, targets and negotiates potential merger & acquisition candidates, identifies and contacts finance sources for complete business recapitalizations, working and growth capital, acquisition capital, and debt consolidation. Paul develops and implements exit strategies for principals. This may include the sale of a business or assisting in the transfer of ownership to the next generation of family members or employees.
As an investment banker, my goal is to provide clients with best-in-class mergers & acquisitions and strategic recapitalizations solutions needed to accomplish their goals. We provide clients with full-service advisory, with a focus on middle-market, family-owned businesses, and the purpose of adding value to client’s businesses and overall wealth.

My assignments have included managing businesses experiencing a sudden and severe economic or sales volume downturn which has driven the company to the brink of insolvency. I work with principals to negotiate their way through a credit or financial crisis by providing them with multiple sources and options for corporate finance including bridge capital, private equity, debt finance, growth capital, working capital.
Paul has founded, worked for and consulted with companies within a variety of industries including aerospace manufacturing, automotive aftermarket manufacturing, commercial printing, direct-mail, panelized homes manufacturing, national storage facilities and a multitude of professional services and distribution companies. Paul has a proven record of developing successful sales & marketing campaigns to attract high profile clients and a history of building and managing successful sales organizations.
