Eric Karch works with business owners to help them access the working capital they need to run and grow their companies with confidence. He is a Business Development Officer at Primary Funding Corporation, where he focuses on flexible financing solutions such as factoring, purchase order financing, and asset-based lines of credit. He primarily partners with companies in manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, staffing, consumer products, and B2B services.
Now as he has transitioned into business development, he takes a consultative, solutions-first approach. Eric understands that no two businesses are alike and works closely with owners to find working capital solutions that align with their operational and long-term growth.
Known for his responsiveness and relationship-driven mindset, Eric serves as a trusted connector between business owners and capital providers. He values transparency, follow-through, and long-term partnerships over transactional wins.

Before entering finance, Eric spent six years playing professional baseball. That experience continues to shape his approach today. As a professional athlete, success meant being prepared, performing in critical moments, and earning the trust of teammates. Competing at a high level taught him adaptability under pressure, persistence through challenges, and the importance of trust and reliability. Those same principles guide how he builds relationships with clients and partners.
Eric brings a strong financial background to his role. Having spent four years in industrial equipment valuations supporting private equity groups and asset-based lenders. He assisted with purchase price allocations and detailed equipment appraisals used for loan underwriting and due diligence, giving him a deep understanding of asset values, risk assessment, and lender expectations.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys all sports, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends. As a family-first professional, he is committed to providing full-service support and ensuring his clients have the resources and guidance they need to achieve their business goals.
